These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 5Star Camp guest portal, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by 6Star Tech, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

5Star Camp provides a digital guest portal for RV parks and campgrounds, allowing guests to access park information, message park staff, submit maintenance requests, browse a camp store, and receive announcements during their stay. Access to the guest portal is provided by the RV park where you are staying, typically via a QR code or direct link.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by guests of participating RV parks and campgrounds. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to park staff and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive transactional messages from us, including check-in confirmations, your guest portal link, and updates related to your stay. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with park staff. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP, or contact the park directly.

4. Guest Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through messages or maintenance requests

  • Attempt to access another guest's information or portal

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Park Responsibility

Each RV park using 5Star Camp is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides to guests through the Service (such as WiFi details, park rules, and pricing), and for responding to guest messages and maintenance requests in a timely manner. 6Star Tech, LLC provides the technology platform but does not manage individual park operations.

6. Camp Store Purchases

If a park offers a camp store through the Service, purchases are subject to the pricing and availability set by that park. Payment processing is handled through our third-party payment provider. Refunds and order issues should be directed to park staff.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by 6Star Tech, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6Star Tech, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
